The staff helped us pay for it with their card and didn’t accept cash when we offered. They were friendly and did everything to make our stay comfortable."

"It is at a convenient location. The room was spacious, but it could use some maintenance. The ac is centralized, and it’s set as a heater, so it was a little hot at night. Translation of information was only available in Chinese. It’s a bit unfriendly to non Chinese speaking guests. Don’t know if it’s normal in Jeju, but there was a constant squeaky noise after a few minutes of hot shower. "The check in was a bit confusing as I didn’t receive the online check in link, but the room was amazing! It was spotless. I loved the touch ups of the room with the color palette and the decorations. It’s well equipped with ridiculous storage space, a small kitchen (with cleaning tool), laundry (with detergent) and a bidet. It’s within walking distance to the main shopping street. It’s suitable for long term stay. I’d stay here again. "
