위치는 아주 좋아요 욕실 청소 상태 깨끗해서 좋지만 방은 좀 작은 편이고 침대가 너무 불편합니다. 매트리스 상태가 아주 아주 안 좋아요

네 시설 깔끔하고 직원분들 친절했습니다~ 식당은 개선이 좀 필요해보입니다. 조식 구성은 나쁘지는 않았지만 가격대비 훌륭하다는 느낌은 없었으며 밥먹는 동안 식당 직원분들이 분주해서 소란스러웠습니다.

식당 직원의 철저한 서비스 교육

아침 식사 중 단체 관광객들의 잔반 처리, 식기 반납 건으로 식당 조리원이 매우 큰소리로 외국 관광객을 나무라는 모습이 매우 불쾌하고 불안을 조성하더군요. 중국인이든 단체 관광이든 모두 호텔을 이용하는 고객이고 고객 덕분에 호텔이 필요하고 직원이 존재하는 것입니다. 철저한 직원 교육과 잔반처리 시스템을 개선할 필요가 있습니다.
