The kitchen is equipped with an el. Dishwasher equipped, electric stove with ceramic hob and microwave, fridge with freezer. TV and radio in the living room. Our tenants are enthusiastic about the living area of the large main room, which has an inviting dining area with a large table (extendable for up to 6-8 people) in front of a wide window, and a comfortable seating area in front of a panoramic window, consisting of 5 glass elements reaching down to the floor, then the sitting room in front of the fireplace and finally a TV corner with a spacious, modern couch and a coffee table that invites you to coffee and cake. Between the two large bedrooms is the bathroom (2 vanities, bathtub and shower with toilet), which can be easily accessed from both bedrooms. It is best to park your car in front of the house on the street (which is only traffic-restricted for residents). Sie war sehr sauber und die Küche ausgezeichnet ausgestattet. Größter Pluspunkt für uns war die Lage. Wir brauchten trotz Kinderwagen nur etwa 7 Minuten zum See. Mit (kleinen) Kindern gibt es hier durch die Angebote des Centerparks, die man teilweise kostenlos nutzen kann (Streichelzoo, Spielplätze) und durch das Strandbad viel zu tun. Kasten verbracht und sehr genossen. Die Wohnung bietet erstaunlich viel Platz und eine sinnvolle Aufteilung in mehrere Wohnbereiche. Die Ausicht aus den Panoramafenstern des Wohnzimmers und von dem (bei warmen Wetter sicher sehr gut nutzbaren Balkon) ist ländlich-schön. Die Nähe zum Bostalsee samt allen Freizeitangeboten und dem Center Parks ist optimal (ein paar Minuten zu Fuß), für Besorgungen (Bäcker, Lebensmittel) ist man auf das Auto angewiesen, soweit man nicht den Laden im Centerparc nutzen möchte. Die Wohnung ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet und bietet allen Komfort den man auch von zu Hause gewohnt ist. Stellplätze vor dem Haus sind vorhanden. Das Wetter war nicht besonders outdoorgeeignet. Trotzdem war unser Aufenthalt eine runde Sache. Die Aufteilung der Räume gefiel uns gut: zweckmäßig eingerichtete Küche, schöne Schlafzimmer und ein sehr großzügig angelegtes Wohnzimmer mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Man kann dort gleichzeitig in einem Raum fernsehen (moderner Flachbildfernseher), oder in einem der Sofas sitzen und lesen ohne sich gegenseitig zu stören. Das Domizil befindet sich nur wenige Minuten Fußweg vom Bostalsee entfernt, deshalb auch für Familien mit Kleinkindern gut geeignet. Die Küche ist so ausgestattet, dass hier problemlos gekocht werden kann. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich empfehle die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter. ##### Friederike S. Weg Beschreibung war die Wohnung sehr gut zu finden. In absolut ruhiger Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Selbst die Betten waren wie zu Hause. Geschirr war ausreichend vorhanden. Zentrale Lage für Ausflüge nach Luxemburg, Frankreich und Weinanbaugebiet der Mosel. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Bostalsee ( Spaziergänge zur Talsperre ).
