Fully independent studio of 15m2 (only adjoining our house) with a double bed, a lounge area with two armchairs and a coffee table, kitchen with fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet.<br>Space with high stools to enjoy meals for 2 people.<br><br>Independent entrance on the side of the house.<br>Sheets provided, towels available as well as coffee, chocolate, tea, herbal teas, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper... <br><br>Located in a very quiet residential area, it is possible to pick up travellers at the Nogent-L'artaud train station (2 min by car or 13 min on foot).<br>Nogent L'artaud - Paris: 1 hour by train and car.<br>Possibility to park your vehicle right in front of the accommodation.<br>We also have a closed garage for motorcycles and bicycles if necessary. <br><br>Ideal for your business trips but also your stays as a couple.<br>We have a second studio for 4 people right next to it. Do not hesitate to consult our ad "Studio Champenois" if you need more beds for your stay (subject to availability).<br><br>In the heart of the Champagne wine region, you will have the opportunity to visit the Champagne cellars 15 minutes away (Chateau-Thierry) and to travel the Champagne tourist route.<br>We are winegrowers ourselves and we sell our Champagne on site if you wish, do not hesitate to let us know.<br><br>45 minutes from Disney/Marne la Vallée/Val d'Europe<br>45 minutes from Reims/Epernay<br><br>Local shops: bakery, hairdresser, fast food (kebab, pizzas), bar, mini-market, pharmacy.
