Great location, friendly staff. Room was nice and the amenities were great. Like the surrounding areas. Close to train stations. Excellent choices for breakfast.
Will return to same hotel before leaving Japan. Lots of options for food in the area, few convenient stores .

Property was clean and the room we got was large enough that our family of 4 didn’t feel like we were constantly in each others way or anything. Location was good. Plenty of options for food and drink. A large donqi was about a 5min walk away and a small shopping center, both right next to hop street. But if you’re planning on spending more time around shinjuku and/or shibuya it’s quite far, which unfortunately is what we did.

It was very good for three of us with two beds. Hosts were very helpful getting us Taxi’s and with directions to stores and restaurants.

"I was disappointed when I arrived at the hotel to find out you have to pay to access most amenities. For example it was 1650 yen to use the pool/hot tub facilities per person. Coffee and tea also had a cost of 500 yen per cup. In all other hotels my husband and I stayed in these were complimentary. ..."
