The location was in the middle of electric town. Our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They offered a gachapon game which we won some unique discount for the restaurant.

Queen room we originally reserved was very small (as advertised in size), so we decided to upgrade to a larger room (two twins) and it was great. Excellent shower / bath combo, high end restaurant (Italian, not Japanese) and very helpful stuff. Location is great, really close to Ueno station and everything is relatively easily accessed.

Excellent visit in every way. Beautiful property in wonderful location. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The property is convenient to the rest of Tokyo but feels like you are removed from the big city. The garden is amazing.

"NIKKO Narita is becoming outdated. Although antiquated it is extremely clean and the staff are excellent. The food / restaurant service however, is very poorly organized. For breakfast and lunch there is not ala carte. Just an overpriced buffet with mediocre food. Fortunately there is a 24 hours ..."
