The property is located on a farm. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the forests and its secluded location on the edge of the woods. Available for use: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, children's playground, and swing. **Your holiday house** **Your holiday house** consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The entrance is ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads directly in the kitchen. The rooms are divided as follows: **Ground floor**: Living room / bedroom as intersecting room, 30 sqm and with 1 double bed, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 4000 sqm enclosed woodland plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a wall. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property.
