This stunning home is ultra private with over 500 feet of lake frontage on beautiful 7 mile long Pemaquid Lake. Swim and float to your heart's content.
Relax and enjoy gorgeous sunsets from the deck, make a fire in the fire pit and listen to the loons. Enjoy walks around the manicured gardens and woods and enjoy the peace and quiet of Maine nature.

The 500 feet of lakefront offers a private dock and boat mooring (not shown in photos) and a sitting area right on the water. We offer 3 kayaks and paddles and a canoe with oars and paddles.

The main floor features an open floor plan with expansive views of the lake from the deck, living room, dining room and master bedroom. The living room has cathedral ceilings and a window wall with 3 doors to access the large deck. There is a well-equipped kitchen that includes an office with cabinets and drawers and gorgeous views of nature and sunrises for early risers. The master bedroom has a superb king-size bed, 3 clothes closets, a linen closet and its own recently renovated bath with quartz countertops. The newly installed heat pump keeps the room cool and comfortable.

The lower level offers 2 bedrooms and a full bath, a large family room overlooking the lake, with large screen TV and lots games and books. The two bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds. In the family room there are 2 cozy futons and a separate private alcove with bunk beds. We provide high quality quilts and sheets, bath towels and beach towels for your fun on the lake.
