About this property
Tranquil Country Home with large grounds and private pool
- Our cascina is located in the hills outside of Nizza Monferrato. We have kept the original vaulted ceilings and brick arches in the house but modernised the inside to allow for a bright, airy and functional space. Our favourite place to spend time swings between the spacious kitchen diner area to the private snuggled portico lounge. The kids spend their summer days swimming in the private pool or playing in the expansive grounds. In winter we are treated to fabulous sunsets and in the summer the sound of crickets infuses the warm evenings.
