The hotel staff were so incredibly helpful and sweet; really good people. The hotel always smelled amazing and the rooms were cute, decently spacious and well stocked and cleaned daily. My only complaint would be that the bathroom didn’t have a door, that would bring my review up to 5/5.

The room was clean and big for a Paris hotel. The location was excellent - on a quiet street but also near many lively cafes, several metro stops, and a major train station. The staff was very kind and helpful - our room was upgraded at no additional charge and they helped secure early morning taxi transport to the airport. We would definitely stay here again!

Although the entire place was very clean, charging for parking in that area is pushing it a little, the parking could and should be free, this is Reims not Paris. The mattress was extremely hard and not very comfortable and the room was tiny.
