They also made some excellent recommendations on things to see and do in Osaka. Hotel facilities were good and clean. Will definitely use this hotel again if I return to Osaka. "At night time, after 9pm, they provide free soba for guest that's staying. The hotel is a nice place with public bath and daily new towels even without us asking. The laundry is a bit of a hassle but if you time it, it's great service. The laundry wash comes with detergent and fabric softener. "
