    "Amazing property. The location is very close to Ueno Station in a quiet neighborhood. Felt nice to escape the bustle of Tokyo when coming back to the room. The room is very large for Tokyo. Washer and dryer in the room. Also a fridge, microwave and sink. Bathroom was a little small but the shower was very nice. The staff was excellent! They were super friendly and held our luggage for us no problem. The pillows were a little bizarre but it was a minor issue. The only suggestion I have is to..."

    "Great stay in a very quiet part of town. Only stayed 1 night. Staff went above and beyond to work with a luggage forwarding snafu and held our luggage longer than we first anticipated.     "Great hotel for your stay in Tokyo. Minato is a nice quiet area. Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku.
