Tout était parfait !!! Des petites attentions très appréciées. Le lieu est très calme, propre, bien entretenu et donne envie d'y retourner. Seul bémol un ventilateur supplémentaire aurait été apprécié nous étions 4 donc deux chambres sous une chaleur caniculaire, cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour.

A one night stop to break up a very long road trip. Arrived after checking in times but was sorted easily with a quick call ahead. Only complaint is that it would have been nice to have a new sponge in the kitchen rather than an old one.

Très mauvaise expérience

En voyage d'affaire du 23 au 25 Juillet 2018, j'avais choisi cette résidence car c'est celle qui semblait la mieux fourni en matière de salle de sport ! Quelle fut donc ma décéption de voir que le matériel est désuète et qu'il ne fonctionne pas très bien. Une fois dans la chambre, on se rend compte que ce n'est pas un lit qui nous attend mais un canapé-lit qui lorsque l'on s'allonge dessus grince comme pas possible. Mais le pire est le confort très sommaire. J'ai donc passé 3 mauvaises nuits. Pas génial surtout quand on doit aller en clientèle le lendemain. Gros point négatif de la chambre : il n'y a pas de climatisation. Il a fait horriblement chaud. J'ai bien essayé de dormir la fenetre ouverte mais les chambres donnant coté rue du Galuchet sont exposées à la Nationale. Demander à changer si c'est votre cas; trop bruyant. Coté service, noté qu'il n'y a pas d'accueil les samedis et dimanches. Toutefois, la résidence avait pris ses dispositions. Un point positif, le seul hélas. Etant donné qu'il n'y a pas personne le dimanche, il a fallu que j'attende lundi matin pour demander un fer et une table à repasser. Sauf que, la directrice censée être là à 8:00 n'est arrivée qu'à 08:22. Moi qui devait arriver chez le client à 09:00. C'était raté ! Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner servi à partir de 07:30, passer votre chemin. Les portes n'ouvrent que vers 08:00 et franchement pas terrible. Enfin pour couronner le tout, j'ai eu droit à la visite d'un cafard. Je ne recommande pas !
