"A great experience throughout. We stayed in the family room at this hotel during our entire time in Leh. The room consists of 2 bedrooms, and provides all the amenities that one could need. It's got bay windows with a good seating accomodation. The beds and bathroom are hygienic and maintained well. The hotel has a fantastic garden with beautiful flowers and landscaping which make it a joy to sit outdoors. It is also located conveniently within a 8 min walk to the main Leh Market. We had breakfast on all days of our stay. They had a wide spread and it all tasted delicious. Importantly, the staff are very responsive, helpful and always engaging you with a smile. Overall, a very pleasant experience which elevates the memory of a wonderful trip to Ladakh."

The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The hotel is a 2 km drive to the Leh market or a 1.5 km walk; we used taxi arranged by the hotel for drop-off and pickup for a very reasonable fee. We took bike and car rentals via the hotel, and it was a great experience. I would recommend Hotel Trikaya to friends and family. We look forward to staying here again in the future"
