We had the best time here. The hosts, Shanna and Kenny were great, super responsive and very helpful with planning things to do. Ernesto, one of the drivers was also fantastic and super helpful. The locals and neighbors around the house were very friendly. A grocery store was located near by and we were able to get most of what we needed to make our meals. Dee has a small bar next door and a small shop where you can get some basics. Dee was so friendly. A Howler Monkey troop came right onto the property one of the days and they were fun to watch. Another Howler Monkey troop spends most of its time across the street at Lloyd’s. Lloyd was happy to allow us on his property to check them out. The accommodations were great. There was a washer and dryer on site that worked well. We did not want to leave and we will definitely be back!

If you are looking for the jungle experience than this is the place for you. We were greeted by the local troop of Howler monkeys on arrival. Beautiful house right on the river. Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip.

Nice pool very spacious room, king bed was so comfortable; location is much quieter than areas further north on the island; purified water was provided in the room; staff helped to arrange golf cart delivery to resort and cab pick up from the water taxi; only issues-on day of arrival we had to take alternative taxi as our assigned driver was not at the pick up site and the golf cart delivery was late. These were independent companies so not direct issue with Lighthouse Villas. Our cab pick up on our day of departure was on time and security helped get our bags downstairs! Staff team members, Diana and Rob, were very helpful and offered clear guidance and recommendations. Overall a great stay!
