Enjoy a stay in this cozy 1 bedroom unit, with a loft, located by the river, this unit does not have a view of the river. Tastefully decorated throughout with lots of extra touches and amenities not usually found in short-term rental homes. Rivers Edge Lofts are ideal for guests looking to travel and visit Michigan or for long-term stays. Rivers Edge Lofts are centrally located to tourist attractions, wineries, and various universities. Close to highway US-31 with easy access to major attractions such as Notre Dame or southwestern MI beaches; also close to airports for a quick business trip. Not only is Rivers Edge Lofts conveniently located to various activities but close access to grabbing a bite to eat. Take a 1-minute drive to downtown Niles to check out the local restaurants and relish a relaxing stroll along the river. The entire home is for your private use with an easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times. There is a private entrance with your own access code that will function between your check-in and check-out times. Bathroom floors un-mopped as well as hair in the shower floors. It served my purpose as my son lived literally down the street. NOT to mention once I arrived I paid extra for early entry but my door code was not programmed correctly leaving me no choice but to sit and wait because I could not lock my door and if I stayed inside, I could not leave and come back because the door code I had did not work. It took numerous phone calls and text messages to try to get this resolved … again cute, but for the price I expected more. Each loft has its own refrigerator and microwave. Although the guest manual says that glassware is supplied, it is not. The soundproofing between rooms is minimal. The bedsheets provided don't fit the mattress, so the sheets tend to bunch up and wrinkle, making for uncomfortable sleeping at times. The WiFi wasn't working when we arrived.
