They were also out of soap, when I asked they said I could use the shower gel instead. Otherwise, the check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff members seemed friendly in person. Disappointing overall. No proper restaurent, just a cafe with occasional service. Wobbly elevator, room had shabby fittings even though I had the 'Presidential Suite' (cheap, so why not?). Double bed filled the bedroom, only other furniture was a skeletal bedside shelf for the phone, no lamp or clock. Clean and comfortable bed. OK if you are visiting your kids at the University or just overnighting.
