設備が古く所々で問題ありそうですが、(当日は食堂の天井から水漏れしてました)そこはまぁ良いかなと スタッフの方は外国の方が多いですが、皆さん、丁寧で良かったと思います 楽しみにしていた貸切風呂は入れなかったので、そこは残念でした 15:00から貸切風呂の受付が始まるようですが、15:15頃にチェックインした時には満員でした どうやら前日から宿泊されていた方々が枠を全て埋めたようでした

前評判が低めだったのでそれほど期待していませんでしたが、問題ありませんでした。 豪華な温泉宿ほどではありませんが、十分清潔な施設にいろいろと細かなサービスがあり快適でした。 周辺に食事処が少なく、あっても夜早々にしまっている所が多いので外で食べようとしていたところ場所探しに苦労しました。 朝食ビュッフェは悪くなかったので、夕食も館内のビュッフェにしておけばよかったかなと思います。 スタッフは皆さん親切で気持ちよく過ごせました。

受付や館内案内、食事する場所など外国の方が従業員として働いてましが皆さん丁寧で何の不自由もなく対応がすごく良かったです。ウェルカムドリンクでアルコールやおでんがあり、嬉しかったです！また宿泊したいと思いました！

以外と漫画がうれしい

温泉に来てまでも漫画なんてと思っていたがリラックス出来て以外と良い。数も多いし古いものだけではなく、最近の漫画も置いてあった。

ハッピーアワーのサービスや、漫画無料貸出しなと、嬉しいサービスが盛り沢山！ 夕食ビュッフェの揚げ物が冷めていたのが残念。 お部屋はかなり狭い。タオルハンガーがなくて不便。お手洗いのスリッパもありませんでした。 よいとこ、わるいとこ半々。

とにかく古い。

この値段に対しては期待しすぎだったかもしれませんが、良くない意味でびっくりした。 施設全体のボロさはとりあえず目立つが、清潔さも保たれていないというところが残念。田舎の安いビジネスホテルレベルに感じた。部屋のあっちこっちで髪の毛が落ちているし、なによりもバス・トイレがとても下水道臭い。ドアをできるだけ開けないようにして、トイレ行くのは息止めて行く感じ。 そしてロビーでなんとゴキブリ発見（これは妻が聞いたら別のホテルを探さないといけなくなりそうなので騒ぎを起こさないことにしましたが…）。 隣の部屋の騒音はすごい。壁は木の板一枚というイメージ。廊下などのスペースにエアコンが全く聞かない（というか、無い）。いろんなものが壊れているか壊れかけている状態。明らかに子供むけのゲームコーナーのUFOキャッチャーに「大人のおもちゃ」が景品、という品の無さにもびっくり。 良いところを言うと、スタッフはちゃんと対応してくれていて、フレンドリーで話しやすい。料理はまぁ悪くなく、酒類が飲み放題は◎。風呂は古さを感じながら広いし眺めが割とよくて、この値段にしては文句なし。 全体的にお勧めできない。

温泉は非常になめらかな良質な湯であった。 部屋は渓流のせせらぎが望める部屋で清潔感があった。 ただ、部屋が乾燥し過ぎで、朝のどが痛かった。 すぐ直った。

泊まった部屋に、虫が出て子供が嫌がったので、常に部屋の中をくまなく見てしまい、安心できなかったです。 無料で、コーヒー等の飲み物が提供されており、とても嬉しく思い何度も飲ませて頂きました。おまんじゅうも美味しく頂きました。

今回宿泊した部屋のユニットバスは浴室としてはとても狭く浴室を使用したくならないレベルで使い勝手の良くない設備だった。 あれなら浴室無しにして、トイレのスペースを広く確保した方が良いと感じた。 また宿泊した部屋の隣の部屋が子供連れだったみたいでドタバタガンガンと物凄い物音が23時過ぎまでしていて壁の薄さを感じた。 隣の宿泊客まではさすがに配慮は難しいと思いますが、ちょっと騒音のレベルがキツく隣の宿泊客が寝静まるまで平穏は戻らなかったのが残念でした。 上記の事案が改善または無ければ全然問題ないと思います。

また来たい

現場でレストランに入ろうと思い素泊まりの予定でしたが館内にお店はないとの事で急遽バイキングにしました。（良くも悪くも繁華街から離れてるので外出するつもりもありませんでした。ゆっくり滞在したい人むきののお宿です）お味は悪くないですが、暖かかったらもっとよかったと思います。従業員さんはフロントもバイキングスペースも全員にこやかで優しく良いサービスでした。また泊まりたいと思います。

てんとう虫や亀虫が多い季節なのは理解できます。 ですが、カーテン裏や蛍光灯周りに数えきれない程 虫が室内に入ってきているのは、度が過ぎます。 客室チェック時に簡単に分かると思います。 客室内のユニットバスはお湯が出ませんでした。 これから冬場を迎えるにあたり、洗面で水のみでるのは 使い勝手が悪いです。

野趣のある素敵な露天風呂、貸切風呂もあり。

温泉は男女入替制でそれぞれ野趣のある露天風呂が魅力的でした。その他予約貸切風呂も広々と家族で利用できて良かったです。 二食付きで宿泊しましたが、夕食は名前が書いてあるテーブルにお刺身や小料理が用意されてあり、さらにビッフェ形式でたべました。とても美味しかったです。お酒や飲み物は自由に飲み放題でした。 お部屋は普通の和室で、鬼怒川に面し川の音が爽やかで良いです。網戸サッシまわりの汚れがありましたが、スタッフさんの優しい対応もあり大変満足でした。
