Très bon séjour, nous reviendrons. ##### Hélène Stayed 1 night in Apr 2025 ### 8/10 Good #### Hiroe 15 Jan 2025 Liked: Cleanliness 日帰り温泉の方が多くて、駐車場がギリギリだった。宿泊客用があるともっと良いような気がする。 料理もおいしいし、岩盤浴は、とても気持ちよかった。夜は、空いていた。 ##### Hiroe Stayed 1 night in Jan 2025 ### 10/10 Excellent #### YASUKAZU 30 Oct 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities ロビーの広々さと雰囲気がよく開放感ありました。中庭の手入れが行き届いており眺めが綺麗でリラックスできました。岩盤浴もクローズ時間間際だったにも関わらず丁寧に対応してくれて短時間でも十分楽しめました。ありがとうございます。 ##### YASUKAZU Stayed 1 night in Oct 2024 ### 2/10 Terrible #### TOSHIE 12 Oct 2024 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities 「おもてなし」の心は老舗旅館という割にゼロです。 玄関へのお出迎えももちろんなく、車を停める場所もなく、案内もなく適当な説明。 その後、チェックインですぐそばに待っているのに研修生への説明でこちらに気づかないのはどうかと思う。 第一印象はとても大事なのに。 受付での説明も研修生で不十分。 さほど忙しくもない平日に泊まったのに。 あちこちに旅行するけど夕食時間をいきなり「１８時から」と言われ選べなかったのは初めて。 フリードリンクも説明なし。 夕食もお品書きにあるものが無かったり、料理の説明も無し。 この旅館の研修生は「アルバイト」なのでしょうね。 「バスタオル」を持ち帰るなとか、ふとんを敷く時に貴重品に気をつけろとか、従業員まで泥棒扱いでもう少し表現を考えるべき。 「eco」という表現ではなく、「経費節減」と書かれたほうがまだまし。 食事は「新潟」とありますが「ほうば焼」は岐阜「昆布締め」は富山の名物です。 すべてが「おもてなし」ではなく「この旅館の都合」と感じた。 名前を変えたのは以前から印象が良くなかったからでしょうか。 前日にあつみ温泉の老舗旅館が隅々まで心配りがあっただけにレベルの段違いの差を感じた。 料金はなぜか２０％の税金がつき、価格は同じぐらいでした。 「団体旅行」のバスもきていたので「団体旅行」などで安価にいくならいいと思います。 二度と行きたくない旅館になりました。 ##### TOSHIE Stayed 1 night in Oct 2024 ### 10/10 Excellent #### 哲朗 27 Aug 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities 自然 天然 広い ##### 哲朗 Stayed 1 night in Aug 2024 ### 10/10 Excellent #### ? 26 Aug 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities 旅館はとても良かったです。お風呂も最高でした。 素泊まりプランでいった日が火曜日だったので飲食店か見事にお休み…海鮮楽しみにしてたんだけどな。素泊まりなら火曜日以外がいいです ##### ?
