Magnificent house with private pool and garden, located in the picturesque and lively village of Nigüelas, one of the jewels of the beautiful Lecrin Valley. The home is conveniently located just 20 minutes from Granada, 30 minutes from the beach and 60 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort.

The house has 6 bedrooms – all with air-conditioning, a living room, kitchen and 3 bathrooms, a warm fireplace for cosy evenings, barbecue facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, free Wi-Fi, heating and a private terrace to enjoy the spectacular sunsets and views of the Valley.Outside boasts a fabulous garden with an abundance of orange trees, flowers and a colourful array of local flora.Unwind and fill your mind and body with fresh mountain air and the unmissable opportunity to visit Granada, Valle de Lecrín, Alpujarra and Costa Tropical.Accessible for people with reduced mobility due to door widths of bathrooms and bedrooms being 70cm. Smoking and are pets are not permitted inside the house.

The pool will be available in the summer months, ask for opening and closing dates before confirming.We supply wood for the fireplace in winter season. It is not included in the rental.

This is a beautiful villa in a stunning location, in easy walking by distance of the quaint little town of Nigüelas. The villa is stunning, is well equipped and easily accommodates 12 people staying. It is private with a lovely separate BBQ area with kitchenette. The hosts are so incredibly helpful and pleasant, we will definitely be returning. Thank you Ana and Alfonso!

La casa no le faltaba detalle, super espaciosa, no le faltaba nada. La limpieza y los detalles excepcional e inmejorable Una temperatura estupenda, el paisaje muy bonito y una ruta desde el mismo pueblo hacia unas cascadas muy bonitas. El camino es muy fácil y la carretera asfaltada Sin duda, volveremos a repetir!!

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda en esta preciosa casa. No le faltaba ni un solo detalle. Habitaciones amplias, salón muy cómodo, cocina con todo tipo de electrodomésticos. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Ana y Alfonso son dos anfitriones estupendos. Cualquier duda ha sido resuelta inmediatamente. La casa está muy bien situada para hacer senderismo en la zona o moverte tanto a la Costa como a Granada rápidamente. Hay supermercados grandes y pequeños cerca. Se trata, pues, de un retiro ideal para pasar unos días relajados y disfrutar de unas estupendas temperaturas justo en la falda de las montañas de Sierra Nevada.

Gastronomía espectacular, chacinas y jamones, la morcilla única. El entorno para hacer senderismo es ideal, cataratas, acequias, miradores, etc.La temperatura en Julio es realmente agradable, al atardecer incluso 20 grados y por el día unos 24/26 grados.Todo nos gusto mucho. This vacation home is perfect. The pool and gardens are very comfortable.

Good pool, garden and room. Perfect location to go to Granada (20 minutes) or go hiking in the Sierra Nevada. The village is small but has some nice tapas bars and a good restaurant.
