Located in popular Nieuwpoort on the edge of a quiet residential neighborhood, apartment Villa Monet is perfect for large family vacations and trips with friends. You have full access to this apartment with its spacious living room, open fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two family bathrooms. Not to mention its spacious balcony where you can enjoy the sun and its attached garage box! Bed linen and towels are provided. The Space: Upon entering Villa Monet, you immediately enter the very spacious living room and open kitchen. The living room and kitchen overlook the balcony. In the living room you can enjoy a delicious breakfast at the dining table that comfortably seats 10 people. The kitchen has cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery so that you can prepare your own meals during your stay. You will find 2 bedrooms on the second floor of Villa Monet. These are two bedrooms with double beds. You will also find a first family bathroom on the second floor, a separate toilet and a storage room. Upstairs you will find another 2 spacious bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed and a family bedroom with double bed and bunk beds. This family bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and sink. This floor also has a separate toilet, fitted wardrobes and a large storage room with washing machine. An additional fantastic plus to Villa Monet is its underground garage box with automatic gate. Ideal for your car or to store your beach accessories. The apartment is within walking distance of the beach, public transportation and several tasty restaurants. Perfect for a relaxing vacation by the sea! Guest Access: Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities. Other Things to Note: PET: 1 pet is allowed in Villa Monet. A supplement of €20/night will be charged for this. PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT: If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 500\. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24. LINEN: Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.
