Good location, walkable, restaurants.close by, close to train/tram
Instructions were extremely good. I booked the same day and they were able to send me instructions clearly on Whatsapp
Place itself was a bit dirty. There was hair in the bed and it smelled extremely moldy. My pajamas smelled like mold after sleeping in the bed.
Noisy, but they provide ear plugs
No lift, but they make you aware of this upon booking and checkin

Great location - easy walk to train station, centre and old town square.
Walls need a fresh coat of paint. Brown convertible couch in the studio apartment had a thick layer of dust when you open it up so was a bit off putting but sheets were fresh.
Easy self check in /check out.

The accommodations were terrific and we loved our balcony. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, and were able to accommodate a room upgrade and late checkout. The hotel is also pretty close to the central train station which was a plus.
We spent the previous night in a well known, 5-star hotel but ended up enjoying the room, the food, the staff, and the general atmosphere of The Royal Tulip much more! My girlfriend said eating chicken will never be the same again after her lunch, and with the open air kitchen in the restaurant you get to see how a truly professional kitchen operates.
We visit Warsaw a few times a year and agree that we might have found our go-to hotel.
