The house is stylishly decorated, featuring an open and bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and terrace doors that provide direct access to the lovely garden. It is a beautiful place to relax after a day in nature. Enjoy a good glass of wine on the terrace while the children play on the grass, or you watch the sun slowly sink behind the Alps Niedernsill is a charming village in the heart of Austria's Salzburgerland region. It is centrally located between the famous ski resorts of Kaprun and Zell am See, as well as the Kitzbühler Alps. Just 20 minutes from the accommodation, you can take the Porsche Design gondola to the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See in winter. Both beginners and families with children get their money's worth on the gentle slopes near the Niedernsill lifts. Here, there is a beginner's lift with a length of about 300 m and a drag lift with a length of about 600 m. By car, you can easily reach the ski resorts of Zell am See-Kaprun and the Kitzbühel Alps. The recreational lake in Niedernsill brings excellent cooling on hot summer days, and the surrounding area has much more to offer. For example, the famous Krimml waterfalls (the highest in Europe), the Grossglockner Hochalpenstraße, the Kaprun reservoirs and, of course, the countless hiking and mountain biking opportunities.
