If this flat is no longer available, we have 3 more flats with the same facilities for 4 people and 4 more flats for 2 people. The holiday flat is very quietly located at the end of a small side street and was newly built in 2018\. It is detached and has a separate entrance. A large, floor-to-ceiling panoramic window in the dining and living area provides a unique distant view of the surrounding countryside, which you can also see from the balcony. (up to 70 km). You will also find a washing machine and tumble dryer in the large bathroom. The flat is located at 430 metres above sea level in the district of Kommerscheidt, which belongs to Nideggen-Schmidt. Underfloor heating, supplied by environmentally friendly geothermal energy in combination with photovoltaics, is available throughout the flat.
