Pablo at the front desk was very helpful. I also communicated with a lady through message and she was helpful. The issue was MAINLY, my husband is in a wheelchair and this property had insanely steep hills! EXTREMELY DANGEROUS for someone in a wheelchair! I wish that they would have forewarned us or put us in a room that was wheelchair friendly. Our room was about a quarter of the way down. The furniture was old with best up paint and stains.

This is our new favorite hotel in the entire country! Five star all the way, the best staff I’ve experienced anywhere, attention to every detail and thorough anticipation of the guests every need. The views alone make the stay unmatched but when you combine the five star dining, service and overall vibe of this immaculate property the Casa Chameleon experience is exceptional and will be very hard for other hotels to match.
