Also the shower hose burst and they fixed that as well. Staff were wonderful. The food however is so/so, very boring and predictable. (463 reviews) Love the area of the hotel. Very cute aesthetic with a lot to do acitivity-wise. Only 7 restaurants in the area so after a while we felt stuck but that was ok since we left to do tours outside town quiete often. Reason for my 2 star deduction is our room. It was clean and beautiful but 319 is the worse room (or floor). We were right under the pool and on our last night there we could not get a good night sleep as it sounded like the pool was being drained. I’m still unsure what the sound was but it was loud and kept going from 8pm-ish till past midnight. I ended up falling asleep at 1am but was woken up to the same noise around 7am. Every morning we would also be woken up by chairs getting set upstairs. Did not get a good night sleep here at all. Another downside would be the lack of advertising. I found out on the last day that they offered different activities everyday which was posted at another building instead of the one we stayed at.
