This hotel was the worst I've stayed at thus far. We got there around midnight, checked in through a little hole in the window because lobby was closed, and got our room keys. The man at the window did not tell us where the room was but while he was checking us in I read a little piece of paper on the window that said you only have 15 minutes after you check to get a full refund. I'm glad I read that because after we drove around for about 5 minutes trying to find the room, we climbed the stairs and went in only to see how dirty the room looked and smelled. He had given us a smoking when we requested a non smoking, the paint was chipping off the walls, there was a hole in the bathroom door and don't even get me started about the tub. Me and husband just sat down and told ourselves that we could manage because it was just somewhere that we were going to rest our head for 2 nights. Well, while we were sitting on the bed, we watched a roach crawl across the floor next to our bags. We immediately packed our things back up and left the room and ran down the stairs because I was sure they would legit not give us a refund after the 15 minute time limit. So I go up to the window and ask for the refund and man asked me why and I told him everything I've told you (mostly focused on the bug part) and all he said was okay. He didn't apologize or anything. He gave us our refund and we left to go stay at the Broadway Inn and Suites.
