Appartement très agréable et bien situé (note 5) mais service du gérant local pitoyable (note 1)....
Appartement quasi neuf (date de juillet 2023) et situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Le ménage est compris dans le prix, mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il n'avait pas été fait et était très sale (cheveux et morceaux d'ongles par terre, poussière sur tous les meubles, miroir de la salle de bain très sale). Aucune suite donnée à notre signalement à l'agence de Villeneuve-Loubet. Il y avait de plus un problème de climatisation. Aucun dédommagement ne nous a été proposé pour cette absence de service => service pitoyable.
