The apartment is spacious, tastefully designed, clean and well equipped with a large terrace. There is also a communal swimming pool (opening times from 8 am to 10 pm). Nearby are a supermarket and a bakery. It takes you about 15 minutes to walk to the beach and to the Promenade des Anglais. The way back is a bit hard because you have to go uphill. You can reach the nearest bus stop in about 5-7 minutes but there the bus connection isn’t quite well. The last bus of the day departs and returns before 9 pm. Therefore it’s useful to rent a car in order to be better connected, especially in the evenings. We enjoyed our stay in Nice and recommend Isabelle’s dwelling without restriction! ##### Andreas D. The area is nice and quite... and you can take a little walk, to do grocery shopping and there is a very good bakery nearby also.
