Beautiful residence "le ponant". In a quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach, road to cross. In the house: lift. Parking. Shopping centre 1.5 km, restaurant, bar, café 50 m, bus stop "surcouf" 250 m, sandy beach "Plage des flots Bleu" 600 m, shingle beach 80 m. Sports harbour 50 m, sailing school 300 m, tennis 250 m. Nearby attractions: Centre Commercial Cap 3000 1.5 km, Musée Renoir 3.5 km, Nice 10 km, Antibes 12 km, Saint Paul de Vence 10 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac du Broc 23 km. Hiking paths: Parc National du Mercantour 57 km, Col de Vence 22 km. Please note: nightclub/disco close by.  
1-room studio 25 m2 on 3rd floor, south-east facing position. Bright, very beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with panoramic window with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. Exit to the balcony.
