This beautiful charming cottage with panoramic sea and mountain views, located on the ground floor of the owners' house, will seduce you with its preserved rural quality: horticulture, olive grove, forest, donkeys. The welcome from the owners is particularly warm and friendly. You will share with them swimming pool, pétanque... Ideally located between the sea and the first mountains of the Azur, the village of La Colle sur Loup is a very pleasant tourist resort 30 minutes from Nice and less than an hour from the ski resorts of the Azure Prealps. This ancient city still retains its medieval castle including a 12th century priory, transformed into a restaurant and popular with gourmets. Its lively shopping streets are highly sought after by vacationers for decoration boutiques, antiques and good restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine. Ground floor of villa with swimming pool for a stay in a large property overlooking the Côte d'Azur
