Novasol and the cleaner were difficult to deal with. Verbal abuse coming from the cleaner who just handed the keys and never actually cleaned the property. No WIFI and old and smelly towels and beddings. The worst is that they make you pay for cleaning service but request you to clean and remove the bedding for them. You also pay for tpwels and bedding which should be included in the appartment anyway and they lend you old ans smelly ones. Never ever again. Not to be recommended!
