##Neighborhood

The apartment is located at the edge of the Mediterranean seafront, along the pedestrian promenade from Nice to Villeneuve-Loubet, close to the Hippodrome. You will be able to access easily to a couple of well-known attractions like Marineland, the old Antibes and the Picasso museum of Antibes.
On the seashore, you will find many restaurants, bars, shopping centers and at the foot of the building, there are dozens of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, snacks, games for children, bike rentals as to not miss a second of the southern sun !

The view is wonderful! Small apartment, but surprising amount of storage. Terrific kitchen! Really good bathroom. We enjoyed our stay!

l'appartement est bien agencé et a été rénové de maniÚre sympathique. Mais il est trÚs mal entretenu. AprÚs avoir réparé le sommier dont il manquait des pieds, réparé la porte de la douche, acheté une poubelle manquante, rajouté une alÚse de propreté sur le matelas et faire un peu de ménage le séjour à été parfait !!! Il est trÚs bien situé, la vue sur la mer est trÚs agréable et il y a de belles promenade à faire. Je tiens à préciser que suite à nos réclamations nous avons été remboursé de 60 euros, mais par contre aucune intervention ni réaction pour voir si les problÚmes rencontrés avaient été réglés.
