For shared use: property 6'000 m2, lawn and plants, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, children's playground. In the house: solarium. 1-room apartment 23 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Simple and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room. Exit to the terrace. Entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (3 hot plates, mini-oven). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) open gallery with 1 double sofabed. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Parking (1 car). The uppor floor has a sloped ceiling and the open gallery is open to the living room. Preis-Leistung unschlagbar - Kleinkinder nicht erwünscht

Das Apartment ist sehr, sehr klein, aber das wussten wir vorher. Für den Preis alles wunderbar und mehr darf man auch nicht erwarten. Es ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um die schöne Côte d‘Azur zu erkunden. Urlaub mit Kleinkindern würden wir hier allerdings eher nicht empfehlen. Es ist eine Apartmentanlage, die hauptsächlich von Einheimischen bewohnt wird, die es sehr gerne ruhig haben. Das kann man mit Kindern (Terrasse an Terrasse, alles sehr hellhörig) nicht immer gewährleisten. Hier haben wir uns einigen Kommentaren ausgesetzt gesehen, die uns kein willkommenenes Gefühl vermittelt haben. Im Pool darf man zudem nicht spielen geschweige denn mal einen Wasserball mit reinnehmen. Schon schaut der Hausmeister um die Ecke, um die Regeln der Anlage durchzusetzen. Das Bad des Apartments geht übrigens vom Kinderzimmer ab - auch nicht gerade praktisch. Fazit: Wie gesagt, für den Preis unschlagbar und wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Mit Kindern würden wir hier aber nicht wieder herkommen. Die Gastgeber hingegen waren sehr nett.

Nous allons pour la deuxième année consécutive au Jardin de Matisse à Vence. C est un endroit très arboré et fleuri.avec une belle piscine.. L appartement comprend une terrasse. Le rapport qualité, prix est.exceptionnel. La résidence est très calme et très bien située pour visiter la région nicoise

Appartement et emplacement agréable et surtout la personne d'accueille très agréable. TRES IMPORTANT. je garde les coordonnées pour un prochain séjour. seul petit bémol, le velus na pas de rideaux noir pour empêché la lumière du matin de rentrée. je donne une note de 9 sur 10.

Documents de voyage, accueil à l'arrivée , pas de surprises , tout était ok . Concernant l'appartement, équipé correctement , bien conçu, terrasse agréable, un rafraichissement des peintures serait nécessaire pour que tout soit parfait ! Nous avons néanmoins passé un bon séjour ...
