L'appartamento Ăš situato in un elegante palazzo vicino al mare. Piccolo ma comodo anche per una famiglia con 2 bambini piccoli come la nostra. Nei paraggi sono disponibili numerosi parcheggi. Fabrice si Ăš rivelato persona gentile e disponibile cosĂŹ come l'amico Louis il quale ci ha consegnato le chiavi. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Appartement tres jolie et calme pour passer de tres bonnes vacances. Proche de la plage en 2 min a pied ideal. Tout les commerces et restaurants au alentour. Plein de chose a visiter et a faire comme le ( marineland hippodrome , nice, cannes, antibe , juan les pins ....) . Vraiment appartement a conseiller et proprietaire tres sympa.

We had a great time in this very nice and clean studio flat closed to the beach. The flat is ideally located in Cagnes sur mer in a fairly quiet residential area. I stayed there with my girlfriend for a week in August and we really appreciated the proximity with the train station ( 5 minutes away ) which is making the rest of the french riviera easily accessible ( Nice, Cannes and Monaco are all within less than 40 minutes ) without the need for a car. The flat is very well equipped with Internet, big screen TV and a variety of tv channels to choose from, hardly anything is missing. I would recommend it as a base for anyone who wants to discover the French Riviera. I would go back again.

Nous avons trouvé trés facilement l'appartement avec les indications données. Globalement, nous n' avons pas été décu . Rien ne manque au point de vue ustensiles divers, l'appartemant est agréable avec un plus: la proximité de la mer. Les magasins ne sont pas trés loin, idem pour les restaurants, les animations et nous n'avons pas touché la voiture de la semaine ( d'ailleur le seul probléme est le manque de place de parking). Nous recommanderions cet appartement à des amis.

Le hasard a trÚs bien fait les choses !! Superbe appartement , situé en bord de mer, décoré avec gout et propre. Un accueil agréable et propriétaire disponible. Pour passer une bonne semaine, sans avoir à prendre votre voiture, je vous conseille cet appartement. Virginie et Serge

SituĂ© Ă  quelques pas du bord de mer, ce studio nous a bien plu. La description des lieux faite par le sympathique propriĂ©taire Ă©tait claire et prĂ©cise. Il n'est pas vraiment nĂ©cessaire d'ĂȘtre motorisĂ© en cet endroit car les transports publics (avion, train et bus) sont Ă  proximitĂ© et vraiment trĂšs pratiques. Quant aux restaurants, il en existe pour tous les goĂ»ts et toutes les bourses.

Appartement bien situĂ© (trĂšs proche de la mer) dans un immeuble paisible avec un joli cadre. Il est bien meublĂ© et bien Ă©quipĂ© pour 2 personnes, petite critique, le frigo est un peu Ă©troit et un petit congĂ©lateur serait le bienvenu. D'autre part, la salle de bain est bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec machine Ă  laver. Et l'idĂ©al serait que le studio soit Ă©quipĂ© d'un fauteuil convertible pour coucher un troisiĂšme couchage. Sa situation gĂ©ographique nous a permis de pouvoir faire un bon nombre de visites (navettes Cagnes Nice et Cagnes Cannes pour 1euro, sachant que d'autres destinations sont possibles). La voiture peut ĂȘtre laissĂ© au parking toute la semaine + soirĂ©e agrĂ©able Ă  l'hippodrome de Cagnes. Nous vous le conseillons.

A proximite de la mer et proche des commerces, ce studio est idealement place. Les lieux etaient propres a mon arrivee, l'equipement y est complet. Un sejour vraiment positif. Je le recommande vivement et garde l'adresse bien au chaud pour de futurs passages sur Cagnes s m.

A l'arrivĂ©e, on est accueillis par le propriĂ©taire, personne fort aimable et sympathique (qui pense mĂȘme Ă  vous laisser des brochures sur Cagnes et sa rĂ©gion) dans un appartement clair et bien agencĂ© situĂ© dans un quartier calme. L'accĂšs Ă  la plage se fait Ă  pied ce qui est un Ă©norme avantage, les commerces et restaurants sont Ă  proximitĂ© de mĂȘme que les transports en commun qui vous emmĂšnent Ă  Grasse, Nice, Biot,etc... Des vacances rĂ©ussies pour celles et ceux qui recherchent calme et tranquillitĂ©. N'hĂ©sitez plus et foncez, vous ne serez pas déçus.
