The second floor has 2 of the 3 bedroom suites (King size with private baths with double sinks) and a Family room with a kitchenette, Island, Desk, Queen sleeper sofa, walkout terrace and full bathroom with double sink and soaker tub. The main floor has the Queen bedroom suite, full bath, large kitchen with an island, dining table and a Livingroom. There is a kitchen walkout to the very private treed backyard with a dining and sitting deck with a hot tub and grill. The Basement has some workout equipment and a full bath. More than enough parking - 2 spots at the front and 4+ additional spots at the side of the house. The location is ideal on a quiet street away from the activity of the main street yet still just 3 blocks from Queen St. - where you will find restaurants, pubs, theatres , shops, parks and the lake.
