Summary: Welcome to my home! My open concept, spacious home is located STEPS from Queen St and includes free parking for up to 3 cars. There is lots of room to entertain indoors, and plenty of seating for all friends and family My home is professionally cleaned before each stay and fully stocked with all of the essentials. I love hosting and am happy to help with anything you need throughout your stay! License Number: 019-2022 The Space: Here's what you can expect at my place: \+ 3 spacious bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses \+ Open concept living room/kitchen area with high ceilings \+ Fully stocked kitchen \+ High-speed Wifi \+ Large walk-in showers \+ Parking for 3 cars Guest Access: You have access to the entire house, although the basement is currently not furnished. The entire main floor and upstairs are well-prepared for guests as shown in pictures! The Neighborhood: Located right in Old Town, Niagara-on-the-Lake, you will be STEPS from Queen street, along with all the cafe's, restaurants, bike rentals, and ice cream shops. My home is near the Shaw Festival Theatre as well. Getting Around: Everything you need will be within walking distance! We found this townhouse to be on a nice quiet street, was very clean, and is an easy walk to Queen Street. The host was great to work with and we appreciated how well stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were. Our one suggestion is to provide a physical guestbook with local information vs only using the website. It was not as convenient to have to always use our phones every time we wanted to look up information. We did enjoy our stay at this beautiful home. The home is modern and has many unique touches. We did however have a significant issue with the WiFi. It was very spotty and best accessed in the bedrooms. Streaming services are the only way to watch tv and we were unable to connect the tv to WiFi. We were told that the router is next door so that seems to be issue. I’m sure this can be easily addressed. The house is just a short drive from shops, restaurants and wineries. ##### Mary Jo S. The bad: had to go through a 3rd-party site for identity verification (photo ID + credit cart), so keep that in mind. Instructions are also sent through that website, so most things are done outside Vrbo. WiFi didn't work and kept dropping and the owner promised a refund which hasn't happened yet. Upstairs bathroom is shared between two rooms so it makes it awkward and uncomfortable (one door wouldn't even latch and would just swing open randomly while using the bathroom). Not a good value for the exorbitant price we paid for just two nights. ##### Ehsan B.
