It was a wonderful house with a fantastic location. Just wanted the owner to know that there were some ants on the kitchen counter and that it would be helpful to have some type of rubber mat in the tub. None of us felt safe using it. We shared the shower but it would have been nice to use the tub too.

Great location, updated modern interior
We really liked this place . Perfect for the 7 of us (one on the fold out coach) BBQ was new and worked perfectly. Linens and bedding were hotel quality. It’s an older house but interior is updated and modern. A few suggestions for the owner - please upgrade the pillows - flat with no support. Place a handle on the sliding barn door in the MB bath. It’s awkward to open from the inside. Thx.

Great location, comfortable and well-appointed
Great location —walk to everything—and suitable for family of adults and pet (big backyard). Bedrooms are a bit on small side but kitchen is bright and well-supplied, and there are two seating areas and dining areas. We really enjoyed it. Nice and clean including nice white sheets.

Great location! Short walk to NOTL restaurants and shops. Very clean. Dog friendly. Kitchen was well furnished. Two car parking in driveway. Limited counterspace in bathrooms. Master bedroom had no dresser and minimal places for luggage. Exterior of house could use a refresh.

Shaw Festival
It was wonderful. Walking to the Festival theater everyday. It would be helpful to have a street map. Zee’s was incredible for dinner and so was the Irish Harp. Pellar’s winery was outstanding. Everyone treated us with great service and very accommodating. Going out of their way. The outside needs a lot of attention. The guest book was totally used so we bought one and replaced it so comments could be left. We are looking forward to coming back again. Thank you.

This property is exactly as shown. Great location and very clean. One thing is there is no basic spices so if your planing to cook you need to be a bit creative. I would stay there again.

Lacks maintenance and cleanliness.
Great location and beds are really comfortable. However, the property is lacking a lot of maintenance. There is rust in the bath, the bathroom faucets are loose and need to be fixed, the main shower walls and floor are covered with mold, there is a clear problem of ants infestation (there are ant traps all over the house and we saw a lot of them on walls and in the kitchen), the balcony was dirty and there were spider webs everywhere. Too expensive for what it really is.

Amazing location and cozy home
The location of this house is absolutely amazing. It is right across from the Shaw Theater, less than a block from town center, yet on a quiet peaceful side street. The home is older, and not large, but the renovation inside makes it very cozy, and comfortable. We had a party of 6 staying and found it to be convenient and comfortable for all to hang out in, shower, rest, and cook full meals. The owners and the property manager were also wonderful, responsive, communicative, and accommodating both before the bookings and during our stay. We did have a couple of issues on arrival with cleaners having clearly missed the mark when getting the home ready for us. However, we immediately notified the owners and property manager, who right away sprung into action having the cleaning crew return within an hour and thoroughly take care of everything. The owner of the cleaning company herself came to ensure everything is addressed and was extremely apologetic. The property owners and manager were also extremely apologetic and ready to do whatever is necessary to address our concerns. They made sure everything was right and offered us compensation for the inconvenience. In all, it seemed like an honest mistake that was quickly corrected. When we return we would stay here again, as the location was trully fantastic and the home had all of the necessary amenities for a nice stay.

An old property - Outside - lawns/beds in poor condition; back deck couldn't be used because of a nest of bees; Inside - furniture generally very uncomfortable; a small step down from the hallway to the kitchen area very dangerous; one guest had a fall (luckily not serious); certainly not the quality of a property expected. The good news is it was close to the Shaw Theatre and the shops of Niagara on the Lake and the weather was perfect.

Great Location
The property is a small older home with a great location. Easily walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. The open plan kitchen/dining/living room was perfect for our group of 6 friends who snacked and sipped and chatted all weekend long.

Great Spot!
My husband, two adult daughters and their beaus just stayed the weekend and we were very happy with the house! It is very close to the centre of town and was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The house was such a nice mix of modern and traditional decor and was cozy. We loved the Christmas decorations! What a nice touch! The house had all the amenities to make the stay very comfortable. Would definitely stay in this place again. It was perfect for what we were looking for!

Quiet Modern Cottage
Although a short getaway we truly enjoyed the modern upgrades this cute little bungalow had to offer. Nestled on a quiet street just around the corner from all the store fronts & restaurants you’ll be able to take a quick stroll to peak in the windows displays of each of them. The home itself is comfortable with parking right in the driveway, great hot water/ water pressure and 2 semi firm mattresses and one medium/soft-letting allowing each person to pick one that matches their comfort level. The space was extra clean, with ample towels too.

We wanted to love the house as much as we loved Niagara on the lake, but we were disappointed. We booked late and didn’t have many choices. In my opinion the house needs some improvements. Pros: location!! Walking into town was great. The kitchen area seemed new and adequate. Although, We didn’t cook,. The inside of the house looked and smelled clean when we arrived. A/ C worked well. Netflix on TV was fine. Cons: the outside could use some TLC. It looked a bit run down compared to the lovely neighboorhood. Shrubs missing, backyard - blah, and We couldn’t pull all the way into the driveway because of an over grown bush that would have scratched our car. We would have parked on the street if it were permitted. The front outside door handle was held on by tape and the inside door handle was wobbly ( which the owner made us aware of). The security lock worked well and was convenient. Inside….. The main bathroom had a clawfoot tub that was converted into a shower. It was daunting because the shower curtain kept flapping into our bodies while showering ( and we are not big people) . It just Felt unsanitary for a rental home.. We used it once and that was enough for us. The master bedroom shower was better ( seemed new) but there was no place to put the soap or shampoo. It could use some shelves. That bathroom had a barn door and it fell off the track a few times during our stay. We were able to put it on without a problem . The bedrooms. - they were small. There was only one four drawer dresser in one bedroom. We weren’t able to unpack and there wasn’t room to put our luggage in the bedrooms., other than on the beds. We lined the hallway with our stuff. Living area- It was okay for the four of us. The pleather couch was peeling. It looked like a dog had chewed it. We didn’t use it, because of that…..it wasn’t really inviting. . The owner was aware ( when I texted him) and wrote that it’s being replaced. We didn’t use the front enclosed porch. It was too hot. It looked nice. There is a new washing machine and dryer in the unfinished basement. They worked well for the one load we did. .It would have been helpful to have some instructions on working the washer. This wasn’t what we expected given the reviews and pictures. We were so upset we were considering leaving one night early, but we stayed. This is not our first VRBO stay but it was the first time We have felt this Unsatisfied.

Very clean! 2 of 3 very comfortable beds - one was sunk and soft on one side. Exterior door really needs replacing as do windows. Handle on one bedroom door broken, couch very worn. No walk from driveway to front door and given rainy weather it meant constantly muddy shoes. Great location.

Perfect Family Reunion
Arriving at Bryans was like coming into our own space. Great locations and a cozy spot for our family reunion with lots of space for us to spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed and some. Back deck and front sitting room were a plus.

Perfect location
My husband, dog and I stayed for a few nights for a change of scene. We worked a few days - and took some off to relax. The WIFI was strong for two people on video calls. The location was beyond perfect. Its right off the main street where we could walk into town or the beautiful walking paths with our dog. Porch was lovely in the nice weather.

Bryan was soooo helpful! I asked him about the nearby wineries and he had so much information on what people usually do and liked nearby. He even accommodated requests to check in a bit earlier and to leave 30 mins later cus we were running late. He was so nice and the place is so spotless and all the equipments were available and the place IS MAD CUTE! we had so much fun. We would totally recommended and come back! Thanks Bryan!!
