Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls
"Low price for this hotel is a trap. The staff was unprofessional and the check-in process took almost 1 hour because of a huge queue. We arrived around 3:30 PM and waited in line for 30 minutes. Then the staff told us our room was on the 2nd floor with stairs and asked if we wanted to upgrade instead. ..."
