Enjoy 3 bedrooms with a queen beds. Close to Niagara Falls, outlet malls, Niagara Falls Airport, restaurant’s, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Base and NF state parks. The space Entire place is available, except the basement unless guest has a need to do laundry. Guest access Guest can access entire home, backyard, patio. Guest can only use the basement if they have a need to do laundry. Other things to note No shoes inside the house.

Both the location and the property manager were excellent. Everything was really roomy and clean. I should point out that it was really hot because we couldn't find the air conditioning, but other than that, I would absolutely return or suggest this to others!
It was perfect for our stay, we would definitely rent it again. I have to say that the house needs a good deep cleaning. Furniture moved and cleaned under. We found food, hot sauce and candy wrappers, under it. Floors need a good mopping. We had to sweep the floors because there was dirt, and crumbs on it. Nothing major or too serious. We had an awesome time and loved the house.
We weren't crazy about the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the A/C was only in a few rooms. But all in all, not a bad place to stay. It appears that this is a newer rental for the owner and it's still under some repairs.
Was a nice house in a good location close to shopping and restaurants. We all had our own bedrooms, and having a half bath came in handy.
Issue with a slow draining tub and wish there were more TV channels to watch. All in all was an enjoyable stay. Would recommend staying there.
Very nice trip visiting local sites of interest and restaurants. The house is conveniently located within a short driving distance to many Niagra Falls attractions. Also discovered some Buffalo culinary favorites. Pizza Logs and Pickle Pizza. Grandk

A couple of hours before we reached the property I still didn't have check in instructions. I messaged the host to get instructions. She responded quickly. The house is in a lovely neighborhood across the street from an HOA. It was when we got inside the house that our spirits began to dwindle. There was a heat advisory that day. The temperature inside the house was 85 degrees. There were only small stand up window units to cool the house and they were not installed correctly especially upstairs so the house never really cooled down. We woke the next morning to dead gnats all over the bathroom sink and tub. This happened both mornings we were there. The only saving grace is the shower was amazing. This could be a lovely rental if it is properly cared for. I hate giving negative reviews, but this property left me no choice.
Extremely Disappointing Stay – Vrbo Ignored All Complaints
We booked this property for the night of July 4th and paid a premium rate, expecting a comfortable, clean, and well-equipped stay. Shockingly, the host increased the rate after we had already booked, and since the booking was non-refundable, I had no choice but to pay the difference.At that price point, what we experienced was unacceptable—and to make matters worse, Vrbo has not responded to any of my multiple emails or calls regarding these issues. I’m now left with no choice but to leave this review.Here’s what went wrong:- WiFi did not work at all during our stay, making it impossible to plan or stay connected.- There were no extra toilet rolls in the house—basic hospitality was completely missing.- The ground-floor bedroom had no cooling, forcing my elderly parents to sleep upstairs, which was physically difficult and unsafe.Bathroom doors didn’t lock, making everyone uncomfortable.- The house was visibly dirty, with hair balls scattered around—clearly not cleaned properly.- The kitchen didn’t have even basic essentials like salt or sugar.- All bath linens were stained and smelled foul, and even the bedsheets were visibly dirty.This was a truly frustrating and disappointing experience. I feel cheated out of my money, especially on a peak holiday night. Vrbo’s lack of accountability has been equally disappointing. I am still waiting for appropriate compensation and expect Vrbo to take responsibility.
