Fit the whole family very comfortably. Walmart was a few minutes drive and bought stuff for bfast. Walking distance to Niagara Falls and Canada (\~10 minutes easy pace walk with the whole family). Overall, the property was comfortable, great price, SAFE, great location. Pictures are enhanced to looking bright. The size is impressive 6 bedrooms with 2 kings and 4 queens which worked well for my family (2 small child and 2 young adults, each able to have their own bed). The bathrooms were clean, but the rest of the house could really use a deep cleaning, and the kitchen needs a new set of dishes to replace the broken ones. Luckily, I brought my own supplies. I understand why the price is lower, as the area itself isn’t the nicest, but I did feel safe during my stay. On the positive side, the walking distance to Niagara Falls was excellent, which made it very convenient.
