The area itself - unsafe and dangerous. On more than one occassion there were attempts of breakins on vehicle as well as gunshots almost nightly. Reached out to see if we could move to another property, a safer property - and was told no, it would be no different staying in a hotel as they can not provide a safer envirnonment either.
