We didn’t even get to stay at the Ramada which is the hotel we picked. They called us and said they had to send us to their sister hotel, Quality Inn on Ferry St, we were some what devastated at the condition that this Hotel was in, but we had no choice to stay here. Although the staff was very kind, I would NOT stay here again. Once again I cannot comment on the Ramada, as we did NOT get to stay there.

Not only did they charge me for the room they charged me for parking in their parking lot. Reason is everyone else does it. Thus the 3-star rating.

The property was clean. Other guests were very loud and tidy. Other guests were very loud and inconsiderate congregating and lounging in groups on the floor in the hallways. Staff were not doing facility checks. People were congregating in the halls for more than 6hrs abd didnt wrap until close ro 1am. I was also surprised to be billed an additional $120 to my reservation fee ($170 with parking! ) so a room originally thought to cost $120/night actally came in at just under $300 withno sleep due to partying neighnours! On a positive note rooms were clean and spacious. Walk to clifton hills is about 20 min.

Beds weren't cleaned properly Still had crums from the last people in there or who know's how long, Told front desk guy, about our issue and he said report it to guests service online! no one came to change the sheets! we asked for clean one and did it our self Also long hair in the shower.

No microwave in room. No drinking water in room or lobby. The only option is pay $4 for each bottle in vending machine. Washroom and beds are clean. It is perfect if you are looking for a budget room.

Overall it was a great staycation. Everything we’re looking for a place to stay is there. The receptionist, Zukh, was so nice and upgraded our room with jacuzzi with no additional cost for us. It is a nice place to stay, safe, and quiet. Just a recommendation: it would be better if there was a soap tray in the shower. Also, there would be an extra microwave as there was no food area (like a restaurant). It was a line-up for microwave service.
