Both bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathroom, so nobody shares. Located a 5-minute drive from the Falls, Casino Niagara, and Clifton Hill. IMPORTANT: This unit sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. There is no sofa bed or extra sleeping space beyond the two bedrooms. LIVING AREA An intimate cozy living area with a sofa, 50-inch Roku smart TV with free built-in channels (guests can also log into their own Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Disney+ accounts), and natural light throughout. BEDROOMS The primary bedroom has a queen bed with a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed with its own private ensuite bathroom. Both rooms have room-darkening shades for restful sleep. BATHROOMS Two private ensuite bathrooms, one for each bedroom. Fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, and the option of a shower or bath. KITCHEN A compact, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including an air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, and dishes. The kitchen is designed for efficiency rather than group cooking; if preparing meals together is important to your group, consider on our our larger units. OUTDOOR SPACE A private balcony with seating where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. Smoking is permitted outdoors only; please dispose of all smoking remnants carefully. AMENITIES High-speed Wi-Fi (100 Mbps), in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning and heating via Nest smart thermostat, iron and ironing board, one free driveway parking spot, and self check-in via lock box (unique access code provided before arrival).
