Minutes to Niagara Falls State Park

Located in a lovely area of Niagara Falls, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located only 3.3 miles from Niagara Falls State Park.

The master bedroom with attached bath is located on the first floor and has a king bed. The other two bedrooms are located on the second floor. One of the rooms has a queen bed with a small sitting room attached that has a twin bed for an extra guest. The other bedroom has a double bed. The other full bathroom is on the second floor.

On the first floor in addition to the master bedroom, is the kitchen, living room and dining room, and back hallway that leads to a screened in porch and the back yard.

The house, built in 1920, is in the Deveaux area of Niagara Falls, a beautiful residential neighborhood, situated near Niagara University. The house is a 10-minute walk to the Whirlpool and Devil’s Hole State Parks and a 10 min. drive or 20 min. bike ride along the Gorge to the Niagara Falls State Park. Lewiston is also a short drive up the parkway and has many cute shops and nice restaurants.

The house is most easily accessed by car but the NFTA buses do run along Lewiston Road which is on the corner and goes to either Lewiston or to Niagara Falls.

The house has wi-fi throughout. There is a SmartTV and DVD player in the master bedroom, but there is no cable (we do have an interior antenna for broadcast channels). There is a driveway for you to use to park your vehicle. Pets will be considered.

Clean, charming house in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Location is great, as we used it as a base for trips to both sides of the falls, Buffalo, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and even Toronto. Also within close proximity to miles of paved trails for running, walking, biking, etc. One of the most well-stocked rentals we've stayed in, especially the kitchen.

A Quiet Respite

A comfortable older home close to all the sites in the Niagara Falls area that allowed our party of five adults space for both conversation and privacy. We appreciated the backyard and the off street parking and proximity to the Devil’s Hole.

If visiting Niagara Falls beware gps will take you through unsafe area of downtown as shortest route from this house. House itself is in good neighborhood. We took a longer route (once we made this mistake) to avoid this again.

Good Location

The property is conveniently located to the sites around Niagara Falls including walking trails. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The overall house is good with a small fenced backyard. We only used the kitchen sparingly so can't comment on how well it is stocked. My only complaint was the master bedroom bed was uncomfortable with a thin mattress. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.

Lovely home close to the falls

We stayed for our spring break to see the falls for the first time! The photos didnt do the home justice. It is very charming and sweet. The only detail that could have been better was the gates in the backyard. We brought 2 small dogs and the gate left a bit of space so they could slip under easily. We used some stones to block them and all was well! The home owner was very responsive, and the location was very convenient! Definitely worth staying in!

Location on quiet, safe street in older neighborhood. Directions very easy to follow & parking FREE in driveway & on street. Keyless entry easy to operate. Love the double doors into the front of house. Large open area: alcove, dining, living room with fireplace. Really appreciated the shelving for our food stuff in kitchen.Easy use stove & dishwasher.
