The 4th bedroom that we didn’t use is a loft off of the living room so limited privacy. The primary suite is great. The property is lovely. The neighbours were welcoming and helpful. Host is very responsive. The drinkware is all very nice so if travelling with children bring some child friendly cups! It is off the beaten path but close to everything. Enjoy ##### Nancy N. There were six of us, 2 pre-teens, 2 parents, and 2 grandparents. The house was beautiful and located on a very quiet street within 10-15 minutes of all the local Niagara attractions. The fireplace was wonderful as was the massive kitchen. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We shared with them that the house would benefit from just a few additional things and did buy a few to leave there (a wine opener, a dustpan and brush). A few additional things would be great, like a few more trash cans, a snow shovel, fire tongs/poker/shovel, a metal ash can, a few pot holders, blackout shades for the loft bedroom which gets a lot of bright sun early in the morning, and windex to clean the glass table. Also helpful would be a handout explaining how to use all the wonderful things in the house, like the heated basement floors and the fireplace itself (raising the glass door, whether or not you have to open a flue, where to safely dispose of ashes). This was a fantastic house and we would definitely stay again! ##### Vanessa D. The location was perfect for us and the activities we had planned on our vacation. Some areas of the home could have been cleaner in my opinion. The refrigerator had to be wiped down better before we stored our food. The house was beautiful and immaculate. The property is on the water as advertised and the owners made arrangements for canoes and fishing gear for us too. The neighbors across the street help manage things for the owners and they’re incredibly nice and helpful - anything and everything we could’ve possibly needed we had and right away. We liked it so much we actually added another night at the end which the owners were also great about accommodating last minute. The location is amazing - only maybe 10 minutes or so from the falls… Only regret is we weren’t able to stay longer!!!!!! Thank you for an amazing vacation!!!!! ##### Debbie C. We were there with 7 people as an extended family. The property itself was beautifully landscaped & maintained all the way from the road to the waterfront. The house itself had more than enough room for all of us. The open area throughout the living area made it great for hanging out & dining. The spacious kitchen with the large island and plenty of appliances made it great for fixing meals. There was more than enough linens & towels. The back yard was great for the kids to play, fish & swim. Everything was clean and immaculate. We would definitely stay here again. ##### William C.
