Our experience was excellent with everything of stay. Clean room and lobby, electronics were working, comfy beds and sofa bed(with extra blanket, and bedsheet and pillow), clean linen, gentle staff, smooth check in, complementary breakfast with vegetarian friendly option(waffals, bagels, cereals, bread toast, fruits, yoghurt) and parking. The guy desk was nice and helpful. Traveled 4 adult 2 kid age 2 and 5.

Room was spacious. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and our large luggages. Breakfast was good. There is free parking. Location is very convenient to freeway and Niagara Falls, Canada. Only recommendation is for minor maintenance upkeeps. For instance, bathroom door lock and tv remote didn’t work. No big issues. Overall our stay was good.

For Niagara Falls, this hotel was in a safe location. It was close to restaurants and shopping necessities. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and neatly kept. I believe some rooms were recently updated. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausage. You could make waffles and toast. There were bagels, cereal and some sweet roll things.

It was a fine room. The pull out couch had used sheets folded up in it, and the spare pillow had hair and makeup all over it, but the staff traded us out. It was very busy with lots of tourists snd only 1 person working the desk, so it took around 40 minutes to get the clean bedding. The price was cheaper than many other hotels in this area.

Breakfast was great! They kept up with the amount of people eating. Not enough seating whatsoever for the amount of people eating though. We travel alot and I've never witnessed a more unclean room/bathroom ever. There was dog poop on the sidewalk for days and the lower level smelt like sewage. The pool area was not maintained. The elevator made some crazy noises our first time on it so we opted to use the stairs instead. The staff were nice at the front desk but on our last evening the fire alarm went off at approximately 4:30am and when we went to get information no one had any. It turned off after about 1 min. And everything was deemed safe. I would not choose to stay here again.

When you step into the front lobby there is an atrocious odor that greets you. The check in process was the most pleasant part of the overall experience. The elevator made a frightening noise when approaching a stop that instilled fear that it would give out and plummet. The hallways weren’t vacuumed so there was quite a bit of debris on the floors. There was leftover items in for room fridge which made it questionable whether it was cleaned. The furniture was falling apart, tears down the curtains, the remote was sticky, wall art all crooked. The bathroom tub would not drain forcing you to shower in ankle high bath water. All areas of the hotel had a putrid aroma. Based on the conditions of the hotel room, I would not stay again. The experience was very disappointing, especially for the cost.

I walked in to 1 bed having a dirty top cover and the hand towels left in the bathroom were used. The staff quickly addressed both issues. The shower walls were dirty but I scrubbed it down myself since we didn’t see it until preparing for bedtime. Hospitality only changed linen and emptied trash bins during our 4 day stay. We had to make our own beds.

The hotel was just fine for our needs- arriving for only two days with our young children for our oldest's graduation last weekend. The property appeared clean, but in the rooms there were some sheets with marks on them, lots of dust in the bathroom. The continental breakfast was fine, and my 7 year-old enjoyed the pool- it was smaller, which is great for kids to play safely. They were very conservative with the towels, the lotion was empty, and there were only two kleenex tissues. The woman at the desk was very short (I don't require personality), but there was absolutely no warmth whatsoever for our evening check-in after a long drive. Other than those things, we liked the location, amenities, and it was basic and standard for a short stay!
