"Some minor concerns to staff , but overall I would say 5. Room wasn't ready on time (at 4.00pm), even though we arrived early (3.00). By 4.00pm they give us only 1 room out of 3 booked, it took another hour to give us 2 other rooms. It was mentioned that by default they will clean the room and to opt-out need to explicitly tell them, or put privacy note on door. But cleaning didn't happen as promised had to ask for additional blankets and water. Liked: room cleanness, microwave. Rainforest cafe is inside hotels building! Easy parking. Nice aquarium decorations on first floor! Convinient location 10 minute walk to rainbow brige, niagara state park. "
