Cool downtown neighborhood close to the Falls (we actually have seasonal views of the river from certain rooms) and within minutes of high-end restaurant / bar scene. Walk To Moes Southwest Grill for lunch, Parkway Prime in the evening for a classy sit down dinner or in the morning for breakfast buffet, Anchor Bar for classic buffalo wings , Miami House, and La Cucina for Italian!  
  
Within eyesight of several name brand hotel chains - providing the prime location you typically get with hotels and the space / comfort of a home.
