Beautifully remodeled house 1.5 miles from falls

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Right in the Center close to all the restaurants and only 1.5 miles from the Falls! There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in this completely remodeled house. A big sectional sofa and another sofa can easily accommodate 8 in the living room. A big table for 8 in the dining room is offering a great gathering space with an open kitchen fully stocked. Finally a front patio will allow you to relax after a long day.

Spacious and clean

The property was spacious and clean. The location was not far from Niagara Falls National Park. The street the house was on wasn’t too bad, but the surrounding areas from every direction were not very good and they did make us feel uneasy, but we did not have any issues. An outside street view photo of the property would be helpful for those who would be arriving at night.

Very clean! We ate alot of our meals at the house and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds are very comfortable! Plenty of seating in the living room and at the table. The hosts were very responsive with their communication.We enjoyed our stay very much! I know a couple of reviews mentioned not feeling safe in the neighborhood, but we did not feel that way at all as we felt very safe and didn't have any issues.

We had plenty of bedding, towels and toilet paper. Would have been nice to have a step stool for short people. Some chains need to be replaced on ceiling fans. Was a cozy place for the 7 of us.

The property had everything you could need. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, ceiling fans, dishes. Close enough to walk to stores if you wanted. Neighborhood was very quiet at night. Slept well. No tv's in the bedrooms upstairs ( tv puts me to sleep sooner ), But overall, a very nice place to stay. Would definitely rent again.

The host is very quick with any questions we had. The property was very nice.

We had plenty of towels the only thing I'd add is mirrors in the bedroom so you can get ready, that would free up bathrooms.the house is set up very nice. Every thing worked, Loved the complimentary bottle of wine! The neighborhood looked to be low income. But the house has a security system. Its very close to the Falls though. We had a great time.

My friends left early, were terrified of neighborhood and noise from burger king in back yard. Would not stay on USA side or falls again
