It was cute, modern, and quiet. We appreciated the off-street parking. It was nice to walk just a few minutes to the attractions in Niagara Falls and return to a peaceful neighborhood. The suite has two bedrooms, two bathrooms each with a decent-sized shower, and a large kitchen. The decor is tasteful and modern. It was a short walk to the falls and the tourist area. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. We were a family (2 adults, 2 kids) and there are a couple of things worth mentioning for other families. The listing does say the suite sleeps 5, but then charges for an extra guest over 3 people. There is 4 person kitchen table, but no other seating. It would be nice to have a couch or comfy chairs to hang out on after a long day exploring.
